This LEED Gold certified project was also the first DMV in the state that can claim a Net Zero energy footprint. The exterior design drew from the agrarian architecture that surrounds the valley and even includes a mural depicting the San Joaquin River and the agriculture around it.

Located in a wooded park we took inspiration from a mountain chalet. We were able to develop a design with natural wood beams, composite siding and stone veneer that feels like a mountain ski resort. The facility includes administrative offices for Madera Parks and Recreation Department, gymnasium, game room, library, sound and recording studio, dance room and an art lab.

Delano Parks and Recreation are proud to have a facility to provide a place where the community can have events an provide programs for youth in the area. Within the project is a game/teen room, dance studio, gymnasium and administrative office. There is also an amphitheater provided at the rear of the building. We partnered with a metal building manufacturer to create an efficient and economical structure with large spans for the gymnasium.
