Sebastian Enterprises joined all of the entities held by Kerman Telephone. It was important for their rebranding to build a presence in Fresno. This was brought to life with their 28,000 square foot office building located on the prominent corner of Palm and Alluvial in the Palm Bluffs corporate area. The project blended the traditional values of the company with the cutting edge technology they provide. The resulting building was a combination of the two.

In order to meet the tight budget for the project the team used a metal building manufacturer for design and construction. We were able to modify a standard kit of parts to complete the design. Using the kit of parts we fit a 12,000 square foot shop with seven work bays and a paint booth, and a 2,500 square foot lobby and administrative offices into an almost standard metal building.

With a growing staff and a new partnership with PBK, the now SIM-PBK needed a new office. We were fortunate to find a shell building to fit our office into. The interiors were built from the ground up including two conference rooms, six administrative offices, a large open product library, a kitchen with a glass rollup door to the patio and a 3,000 square foot studio.
